Has someone already seen Peter Jackson´s latest monumental opus? Or are you planning to watch it?
I asked myself, why the world needed a second remake, but the critics are not bad.

Saw "King Kong" two days ago... came out with mixed feelings, but overall I don't think I liked it very much. I don't want to post any spoilers in case there's anyone who still hasn't seen it, but I'd love to trade thoughts with anyone who has.

It was good fun, but I don't think I'd bother to see it again.

I am just back from the pictures. Rosie, I agree with you about the film. Can anyone tell me, please, how the few men managed to get the sleeping Kong on the small boat or is this, what we call poetic license?

I have not seen this one yet, but I am wanting to. Just waiting for it to come out on DVD since I did not have the money at the time to go in the theatre. Want to see what Peter can do outside of Middle Earth.

I also wondered why, given the vast array of potential food sources that seemed to exist on the island, every single damned dinosaur, bat, and disgusting giant insect was dead set on eating Naomi Watts.
